Refund Policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all LB LONDON security tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you need to return an item, please contact RETURNS@LBLONDON.CO.UK within 14 days of purchase and prior to sending any return. We guarantee to refund any full price item if you are not completely happy. Goods must be returned to us in the condition as sold, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. In the interests of hygiene, we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. All SALE items can be returned for a Credit Note only - no refunds will be issued. If you chose to return goods, you have 30 days to return to us for a credit note. After three months, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Please ensure a copy of your invoice is returned inside your returning parcel. Please return to the following address, we suggest you use a recorded delivery service, for your own insurance:
